Trident, Gurgaon Gurgaon

The closest airport is Indira Gandhi, New Delhi, about 15 minutes drive, depending on traffic. Gurgaon is a contemporary satellite city south of Delhi, which comprises many offices, offices, restaurants and massive hotels. Central Delhi is approximately half an hour from Metro (and the closest station is just six minute’s walk away), it is an hour-and-a-half by automobile.

Style & personality

This really is a wow-factor location, with flaming torches, domes and waterways, made by Thai architect Lek Bunag and covering seven acres. It is a five-star resort where you are cushioned in the exterior world, but comes with an outstandingly distinctive style and personality. It is a popular business hotel, but the layout and distance makes it feel like a hotel.

Service & amenities

Extremely attentive staff are worried to tend to your every desire, with concern to your well-being on a degree that may only (maybe) be matched with your mum. There is an outdoor pool, gym, fantastic spa, and free yoga classes in the daytime. A Mini Cooper car and driver can be obtained for free for quick trips.

Room support

Rooms have modern furniture with mid century clean lines, and are decorated in serene, earthy tones and dotted by Indian artefacts. They are all on one level and have high ceilings. The best have perspectives through enormous arched windows into the fundamental ornamental pool, providing a superb sense of calmness (others have backyard views). But, all rooms are spacious, with king-size, exceptionally comfortable beds, and a desk. Suites have two to three bedrooms, all with big windows. Showers are strong, bathrooms are different from the restroom and you will find bathtubs and Kama blankets supplied.

Food & beverage

Below a stunning, towering red dome, Cilantro includes a international menu, and you are able to pick from a buffet or attempt à la carte. Stand-out dishes include lamb chops and genuine fresh pasta. The chocolate desserts are also a highlight. To get a more romantic dinner or lunch, Indian restaurant Saffron is smaller, with gentle light. Strikingly white-and-red Konomi serves modern Japanese cuisine.

There’s a poorly designed pub with dramatic central stem, yet another impressive area where you are able to attempt sample or cocktails something in the global wine list. Breakfast is a massive buffet feast in Cilantro, in which you could have freshly cooked sausage or eggs in addition to select fruit, pastries, cured meats and cereals, cheese and so forth.

Value for cash

Double rooms from INR 15,500 (#185) in low season; also out of INR 23,800 (#283) at large. Breakfast included. Ten minutes of Wi-Fi daily are included in the room prices, but fees will happen after this use. Concerning the amenities and support, this can be better worth than five-star resorts in Delhi’s center, in which you pay a premium for your place.

Accessibility for guests with disabilities?

Adapted rooms and wheelchairs accessible.

The Trident is very good for families because there’s lots of room and a pool. There is also a unique children’s brunch on Sunday.
