Clarion Hotel Helsinki Airport Helsinki, Finland

Clarion Hotel Helsinki Airport Helsinki

Location

The Aviopolis channel for the brand new train loop into and from town center is directly outside the hotel’s most important door, therefore the km trip to the center and the five-minute jump to the airport are located on the doorstep. Taxi transportation is also an alternative. This is largely an area of aviation and offices buildings, but the Aviation Museum of Finland, a very absorbing distraction, is a two-minute walk from the resort. The huge Jumbo shopping mall is also a ten-minute bus journey off.

Style & personality

Clarion has an increasing presence in the area and exudes the sort of contemporary efficacy for which the area is known and appreciated. The crisp, occasionally elegant tones of this Clarion Hotel Helsinki Airport’s inside are no exception. The public places especially have a one of a kind and spaciously smart Finnish design, enhanced by photographs of nature. The management likes to explain it as a ’boutique airport resort’, but it’s a bit too large to justify the boutique description.

Service & amenities

Multilingual staff are well informed and useful, particularly in things regarding flight departures and transportation to and from town. The lobby is lined with cozy sofas and armchairs and shelves of coffee table books. The resort has a guest sauna and fitness area using the entire assortment of exercise equipment. Additionally, it asserts the fastest Wi-Fi at the Helsinki region.
