Style & personality
The resort is among the most striking examples of architectural adaptation in South America, carved from a sprawling cold storage plant (which functioned between 1915-1971). Part of this building is an intriguing museum, together with the Victorian-era engine space, tannery, blacksmith shop and a lot of machines on screen; clinging on to the rear of the is a trendy, modern hotel, with lots of exposed concrete and bare wooden fittings in keeping with all the neo-industrial layout ethos.

The Singular provides a selection of excellent bundles, from one-night b&b to five-day provides with meals and many trips.
