The Restaurant in The Adelaide Hotel, the resort’s 31st-floor hotspot, winners neighborhood influences with its own menu, amid a stunning décor of black wall displays and deep purple light. The menu comprises carefully ready classics suspended in regional tastes. Ontario wheat and apple purée, smoked maple bacon along with charred heart of hands apparel up Atlantic salmon. A beef short rib melts on your mouth alongside butternut squash and braised rapini. Apart from a satisfying breakfast buffet, a traditional American Idol eggs, bacon and roast potatoes is equally generous and more satisfying, served piping hot. The lively Bar Adelaide on the primary floor is manly and moody.
