The menu comprises carefully ready classics suspended in regional tastes. Ontario wheat and apple purée, smoked maple bacon along with charred heart of hands apparel up Atlantic salmon. A beef short rib melts on your mouth alongside butternut squash and braised rapini. Apart from a satisfying breakfast buffet, a traditional American Idol eggs, bacon and roast potatoes is equally generous and more satisfying, served piping hot. The lively Bar Adelaide on the primary floor is manly and moody.
